MANUAL SPRAY BOOTHS

Spraytech manual booths are designed to be completely customizable in terms of dimensions and characteristics; they have an adjustable inclined working surface, LED lights for maximum lighting and minimum consumption, and an AISI 306 stainless steel structure.
Extraction is entrusted to efficient low pressure centrifugal fans, controlled by a photocell that detects the presence of the operator; shutdown is regulated by a timer.
The filtration process is composed of a multilayer "PAINT-STOP" collection paper with layers of alveolar paper with honeycomb patterning in decreasing sections, coupled to a synthetic polyester sheet. The filters are housed in removable drawers located on the upper part of the cabin.

The Spraytech FC2 is an ideal solution for drying small batches of leathers of any size and type, and is suitable for both manual spraying booths and small roller-coaters. Powered by electricity, it can be placed in any part of the tannery, regardless of its proximity to boilers, power plants etc.
Designed for maximum efficiently, its main feature is the ability to quickly reach optimal temperatures, promoting significant energy savings as it can be kept turned off while not in active production.
A double-filtration system for incoming air coupled with low-speed air diffusion eliminates both contamination and dust-movement; the structure is fully customizable in terms of measurements, with high insulation mineral wool panels and large front doors for easier operations.
