KA 300 HVLP SPRAYING GUN

Spraytech KA300 is the first spray-gun, really HVLP (Spraying at 0,6 bar), introduced in the tanning sector and thought as all Spraytech products for an easy and fast maintenance.
This spray-gun has a double atomization air feed, fundamental for a real low pressure working and to guarantee a product transport on the leather (UNI certified) higher than 80%. The main structure is entirely made of aluminum, with "Black Pearl" treated body for a better protection against corrosive substances; various combinations of needle, nozzle and the air caps are available among 6 options, designed for all spraying and finishing needs. The benefits of HVLP spraying are exponential, in addition to bringing significant chemicals savings (an average of 30% of product compared to other guns), it brings direct benefits for cabin maintenance and cleanliness, the environment and operator health.

SPRAYTECH HVLP PLUS

The maximum yield of the KA 300 spray-gun is guaranteed by Spraytech thanks to the HVLP PLUS system; this upgrade to the spraying-system is possible thanks to the presence of specific low pressure pipes, fittings and air regulators fed through our patented distributor shaft. This system makes it possible to bring the right volume of air to the spray gun in order to exploit the HVLP concept, thus taking advantage of its main benefits.
