SPRAYTECH ROTARY BOOTH
Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, with large front doors for facilitated inspection and cleaning of the inside parts.
The door handles have status lights, and every part of the cabin is controlled by alarm systems and automated locks that guarantee total operator safety.
The in-let and out-let element have a heavy, solid structure, with a simplified roller change mechanism (roller support with external bearing block, for simplified maintenance), and a carpet height of 1150 mm from the ground, optimal for guaranteeing an easier and a continuous view of leathers as they pass through the cabin.
MAIN FEATURES:
WATERFLOW SYSTEM
The Spraytech WATERFLOW is an active system of waterfalls on all sides and internal corners of the cabin, with a single central extraction point, designed so that the fumes and particles are forced to pass through thick waterfalls of forced recirculating water BEFORE entering the scrubber. The WATERFLOW system is not just a cleaning mechanism for the cabin (though it does guarantee perfect cleaning): it ensures the elimination of at least 80% of all pigments and polluting particles before they even reach the scrubber, resulting in clean air while significantly reducing the maintenance and workload of the scrubber itself, minimizing environmental impact and ensuring a sustainable spraying process.
SPRAYTECH FLY CAROUSEL
The main feature of the Spraytech FLY carousel is that the distribution shaft is installed in the upper part of the booth, outside the cabin. This not only has a fundamental role in the maintenance process - now made more comfortable and safe - but avoids any contamination inside the cabin, both in the event of leaks, and eliminating pipes and in general surfaces that can collect dust and dirt particles. Another important feature is the 1:41 ratio, that is the dimensional ratio between the diameter of the carousel and the width of the conveyor belt; the 1:41 ratio guarantees better spraying and product uniformity on the leathers, thanks to the perfect covering of the gun arches.
SIDE WINDOWS
The side windows of the cabin are installed on a quick-release structure which - thanks to a special sliding system on wheels - makes them easy to clean in depth without having to enter the cabin, reducing maintenance times and obstacles.
TOUCH SCREEN PANEL
The panel allows the tannery operator to activate or deactivate any function of the spraying line, simplifying the management of production and allowing for constant monitoring of the entire machine, transmitting live data such as temperature and humidity of the tunnels, conveyor speed, number of leathers and quantity of sprayed product, carousel revolutions per minute, etc. Everything in the line is controlled by our intuitive interface, which is extremely easy to use and allows you to create, save and automatically launch up to 40 recipes, with their specific production parameters; these recipes can be set directly by the customer / operator according to specific needs and workloads.
L.E.S. SYSTEM
The L.E.S. Spraytech Sysytem is a software dedicated to Spraytech and non-Spraytech machines alike, as it can be integrated into the touch screen panel of any spraying booth. This system, communicating directly with the economizer, detects the presence of leathers and then detects whether the spraying line is, in real time, in production or not (and at which stage of production); when there are no leathers (and this absence is recorded for a continuous period established with the customer, for example 5 minutes) and therefore the spraying line is not in the working phase, Spraytech L.E.S. AUTOMATICALLY reduces the power of the motors through the inverters of the line; L.E.S. finds the optimal balance between energy saving and minimum functionality of the motors, obtaining a total saving of electricity which, on fully automated lines, reaches up to 85%.
ASSISTANCE SYSTEM VIA REMOTE CONNECTION.
The spraying line is set up for complete remote control via internet connection, giving our technicians the ability to monitor the work process as if they were present in front of the machine, and therefore to: view alarms, test sensors, help operator in diagnostics in case of any malfunctions. It will also be possible to perform software updates on the touch screen and on PLC.
PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE
A dedicated software that alerts technicians and operators about the standard wear of the individual elements of the line, with the additional option of connecting the customer directly with the Spraytech back office for further optimization of the maintenance process.
