Economizers (Leather reading devices) increase the spraying precision by drastically reducing the waste of chemicals and consequently decreasing production costs. These devices allow to monitor the production in real time, exchange data directly with the company management system and have the possibility to be assisted through remote control by our technical offices. For over 20 years on the market, our economizers guarantee maximum reliability and allow the spraying-lines to increase multiple functions thanks to the latest and updated software.

The latest version of economizer proposed by Spraytech, allows you to read the leather through an HD camera, increasing the accuracy; in addition, not having a reading bar decreases the equipment subject to wear, the need for maintenance and possible production stops.
